Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Pan Fry:
Remove all packaging. Preheat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Gently fry fish cake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
Oven Cook:
Remove all packaging. Oven cook at 200ºC / Gas Mark 6 for 15-20 minutes
