strange glue like mash!

Used these to make mash, and what weird mash it was. Most of the potatoes had a green tinge so I peeled more layers off than usual. However after mashing and adding the usual butter/milk it resembled glue! It was so gluttonous - tastes okay but the texture was just terrible. Won't be buying g again!

tried these twice and ridden with rot

Not recommended. Had to cut out so many black pieces.

Grey and covered in bruises

These potatoes were covered in bruises. Took ages to peel and had to discard lots as damaged. Definitely won't buy these again.

No good for boiling.

They disintegrate and turn to mush when boiled. Ok for roasting as long as you do not parboil them for too long. Best to avoid and try another type.

Great for roast, bake and mash but need care

King Edwards are fluffy and have always been the best roast, bake and mash potato. But you must keep your eye on them if initially boiling as they can soon turn to mush. Also they don't seem to sprout as bad as other types.

Raggmunk - Swedish Potato Pancakes

Raggmunk is the name for a Swedish potato pancake. The pancakes are fried in butter and served with fried pork and lingonberries. They cannot be made using new potatoes, since potatoes that are harvested in early summer do not contain enough starch to hold the pancake together.
