Ocado chicken is succulent, juicy and rich in flavour. This is a result of the enriched diet that the birds are fed, as well as their living conditions.

Our poultry supplier works with 550 poultry farmers across Northern Ireland and England.
Chicken is one of the richest sources of protein and also many important vitamins and minerals. It is low in fat and low in cholesterol – specifically on skinless breast. In fact, chicken is lower in fat than most other meats and over half of the fat is unsaturated fat, the type that helps lower cholesterol.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry. Ensure the product is hot before serving and that the chicken is thoroughly cooked by inserting a skewer. All chicken products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.
Keep raw poultry separate from cooked foods.
Oven:
Electric 200ºC.
Gas Mark 6.
Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for 15 mins.
Pan Fry:
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Cook over a medium heat for 6-8 mins until thoroughly cooked, turning occasionally

Not really good
Not really good, too small pieces and too much fat on the thighs. I wouldn't recommend it. I initially wrote a more detailed review about the product but the form wasn't very happy with it, it suggested I was using inappropriate words, even though it was just a regular review

Always goes off before use-by date
Never smells very good after having been opened even before use-by date - have had to bin it each time! Happens with all the Ocado chicken breast meat I have bought.

Totally fine
I did, too find a very small tiny piece of bone but I think this could happen easily to any product. The chicken is fine.

Perfect for stir frys and salads
I buy these almost every week and I've never had a problem. Always tasty and tender. They are perfect for any dish where you need to chop the chicken up. Would definitely recommend.
