Product Description

Ocado Multigrain Rolls.

These tasty multigrain rolls are full of healthy grains and seeds such as sunflower, linseed, poppy, pearl barley and millet. Seeds and grains contain fibre, important vitamins and minerals. For example, sunflower seeds are high in vitamins B and E while linseed contains omega 3.

A traditional rye biga (rye flour, water and yeast) is fermented for 16 hours and then added back to the main dough to produce a great multi grain flavour.

Our bread is made with British flour.

This is an Ocado product. Like everything in our range, it's good quality, sensibly priced and, of course, responsibly sourced.

tasty, large. not worth the extra

This bread roll is quite nice but very crumbly and a bit dry. The seeds are lovely but really are not the make or break if this roll. They are ok but other Ocado wholemeal rolls are consistently better.

Tasty, but they are huge.

Only two in a pack. Yes, a bit dry, but they were pretty good and tasty nonetheless. I could only eat half a one for breakfast with cheese..

Great for healthier toasted sandwich

I bought these instead of a white panini type bread to try as a toasted sandwich in a grill made by a rather famous boxer - have to say it's excellent for that and the seeds give a lovely flavour and texture. I wouldn't eat them as a regular bread roll though because, as others have mentioned, they are a bit too dry. However, I definitely recommend them for toasted sandwiches and would be disappointed if they ever stop being sold as I'm yet to find a wholemeal type roll that works better. As others also mentioned, they're on the larger side and very filling.

Dry and tasteless

Straight off the production line... These really aren't good and they compare very poorly to proper, baked bread.

i ended up throwing these rolls away and I hate wasting food! Very dry and tasteless.

Sixties Scampi and Chips with Homemade Salad Cream

A twist on a pub classic. If you want to go totally retro, serve the scampi in a basket. This salad cream is made with fresh cream so it is not suitable to be kept for longer than a day or two.
