Prepare & Use
This week’s recipe is Tuna Potato Salad.
Boil 300g new potatoes for 10-12 mins or until tender. Drain, immerse in cold water to cool them, then drain again. When cool enough to handle, slice lengthways and place in a large bowl. Add 1 tin (185g) of tuna in oil – drained, 100g mixed salad leaves, 3 heaped tsp mayonnaise and a generous squeeze of lemon juice. Toss gently.
Roughly chop 2 spring onions and mix these into the salad, reserving some for a garnish. Season with salt and black pepper.
Divide into 2 bowls and scatter with the remaining spring onion.

Really fresh and tasty
Am very happy with these boxes, had medium and large, all contained more than the stated number of varieties, all fresh fruit and veg, with a few surprises!

Eek!
I realise that, because the fruit and veg are organic, there may be the odd bug to wash away. But the broccoli was so infested with aphids, that I couldn't remove them all without damaging the whole thing and therefore threw it away. Also, the box contained different produce to the description online.

Very disappointed
The best before was just a day away from the date of delivery - once I opened the box the potatoes were a little soft and the bananas overripe, pears bruised and oranges soft at the ends. I feel this was a box that they had to get shot of quickly - will not buy this again - I won't make the same mistake twice!!!!

Fantastic
I love these boxes. I have never had anything mouldy or inedible. The standard is really high and I look forward to the new box each week. Have had veg boxes from other suppliers and these are far better. Never been disappointed.

tasty, fresh & organic
I have ordered this item 4 times already and I have never been disappointed. Yes, it is true that it is a bit pricey but it is organic, you get a very nice variety of fruit and veg and it allows you to try new things, vary meals every week. I like cooking different veg. The quality is always excellent, very fresh but you may not get exactly what is described on the website, so it is not the best if you are planning on receiving certain item for a dinner party for instance. Overall, a great buy, and I will continue on ordering it.
