Prepare & Use
This week’s recipe is Sweet Potato and Feta Salad
Slice 500g sweet potatoes and simmer in salted water for about 5 mins, until just becoming tender (don’t forget they cook faster than normal spuds). Drain, cool, then toss with 2 tbsp olive oil and season to taste.
Fire up the barbecue or griddle and cook the sweet potato slices for a few mins each side, turning carefully, until tender and very chargrilled.
Toss 100g baby spinach, 4 tbsp pine nuts and 1 red onion cut into wedges. Scatter over a large serving platter and top with 200g crumbled feta cheese.
Whisk together 3 tbsp balsamic, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp clear honey and 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard. Season well. Pile the sweet potato onto the platter and drizzle with the dressing.

Contents do not match description
I have ordered this box several time and on most occasions the contents do not match the description. This week there were 2 changes. Why can't the website be more accurate? I find the particularly irritating. I may order a box because there is a particular item that I fancy and then I don't get it.

Onions, onions and more onions...
What would anyone do with so many onions? The upshot is that my French onion soup has reached perfection, but it makes the overall value of this box quite poor.

Lovely selection of veg
Delighted with last week's veggie box purchase. Lovely selection and seemed good value to me. Only negative, the cherry tomatoes were overripe so were past their best within a day or two.

not good at all
I was really disappointed with this product. Thought I would get it try it to get a different variety of vegetables on a weekly basis. When we got the box the majority of the food was past its best and we had to throw a lot of it away. Would really advise against this.

Disappointed this time, won't buy again
Was really looking forward to getting this veg box- was supposed to contain- Asparagus aubergine, tomatoes on the vine,Red peppers, brown mushrooms, red onion,savoy cabbage, sweet potatoes, cucumber and carrots. We got, leeks, lettuce, celery, cherry tomatoes, brown onions,white potatoes, broccoli, pak choi, cucumber and carrots. Only two matched the original list! So it doesn't quite tally upto my meal plan and what we got was a bit on the basic side really. Not good. Won't buy again as too disappointed.
