good quality finally at a reasonable price
We are not always able to bring some back from Italy but finally found this. Good price for a relatively young cheese. I am not sure but I reckon this is a 12 months seasoning. I would recommend it and I will buy it again.

Great value parmesan
I haven't experienced the problems other people have. We grate the whole pack in the food processor then store it for weeks in a plastic container in the fridge.

Depends on personal taste
It all depends on personal taste. I have had much dearer Parmesan cheeses and been really disappointed, even when ratings were 5 star. This is a good cheese for the price, not the best, not the worst, just a good all-rounder! Worth a try at least.
