Instructions
Ripening of Avocados:
To test if an avocado is ripe, gently, squeeze the fruit in the palm of your hand.
Ripe, ready-to-eat fruit will be firm but will yield to gentle pressure.
Ripe avocados will keep for 2-3 days, store them in the fridge to prevent over-ripening.
To accelerate ripening, place avocados in the fruit bowl alongside other fruit or, better still, put them into a paper bag with a banana or a kiwifruit.
The ethylene gas released by the other fruit will stimulate the avocados to ripen more quickly.
How to Prepare an Avocado:
1. Cut all the way around the avocado stone.
2. Twist the 2 halves of the avocado apart.
3. Use a spoon to scoop out the stone.
4. Score along the skin and peel off in strips.

Poor quality
One of 4 was ok, the rest black gone to the bin, waste of money

Two of the four were bad and I had to throw away

3\/4 Rotten
3 out of 4 were rotten.

One good, three rotten
By the time they had started to soften from the rocks they arrived as, three were completely black when sliced into. Very disappointing quality

So much better than ripe and ready
I find the ripe ones only last a day or two. These ones are so much better. I put them in the fruit bowl on arrival, and usually there is 1 ready to eat the next day, and one by one they ripen and stay fresh. ALWAYS STORE RIPE ONES IN FRIDGE.

Good value
I usually use for guacamole, however it takes ages for the avocado’s to ripen. I usually use a brown paper bag to speed up the process.
