All Ocado pork is sourced directly from Farm Assured farms in the South West of England, reared to high standards of animal welfare, husbandry and with good environmental practices.
Ocado Pork comes from Quality British outdoor bred pigs, finished in straw yards.

Product Information
Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5ºC. Once opened, consume within 1 day.
Suitable for home freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
All pork products should be cooked thoroughly until there is no pink meat and the juices run clear.
Roast:
Electric (180ºC): 35 mins per 500g + 35 mins
Fan (160ºC): 35 mins per 500g + 35 mins
Gas (gas mark 4): 35 mins per 500g + 35 mins
Preheat oven: Place pork in a roasting dish in oven.
