Storage
Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within one day.
Not suitable for freezing.
Prepare & Use
Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish.
Ensure the product is hot before serving.
Keep raw fish separate from cooked foods.
Pan Fry:
Rare: 1 min per side.
Medium: 2 mins per side.
Well Done: 3 mins per side.
Remove tuna from the fridge and allow to come to room temperature 20 mins before cooking. Brush the tuna with oil, place in a preheated hot frying pan.
Cook according to the times stated per side.
Allow to rest for 2 minutes covered with foil before serving.
Cooking times may vary depending of the thickness of the tuna.
Times above are based on 15mm thick tuna.

not pleasant
Was very disappointed to find these had discoloured and started to turn the day after delivery. Didn't smell good. Won't be buying again. Very nasty

poor quality and spoiled
was looking forward to tuna steaks for dinner. one package was sort of iffy the other two steaks had mushy holes in the steaks and smelled. I guess if you buy cheap fish you should expect cheap results.

No good quality... brown with white spots ...
The first time, I called the customer service to notified them... but nothing happened. I ordered again expecting a better product. Surprise.. I bought two at the same time one was perfect .. and the another one ... terrible Brown....

Disappointed as two completely different sizes
We had these for our dinner regularly and the steaks are usually about the same size so take almost the same time to cook and then straight on the plate. The last couple of times the two steaks have varied so drastically in size and weight that not only does it make it hard to cook them at the same time, it also means one of us has to cut off a piece from our own steak to share with the other - as otherwise the one is not enough for dinner. Ocado, please talk to your supplier - or your fish monger in house, and ask them to ensure that these steak sizes are the same in each pack. We won't be buying again as we cannot be sure that they are anymore! Such a shame.
