Instructions
Grill:
14-16 mins
Place turkey steaks on a grill pan. Place under a pre-heated grill for 14-16 minutes. Turn once halfway through cooking time.

Delicious moist and juicy
I bought these for the healthier low fat protein content and fully expected them to be dry and bland. Was pleasantly surprised they turned out to be the opposite! Cooked in the airfryer, I was Really pleased with how well they held their moisture and didnt dry out. I added a rub before cooking then some honey and chipotle sauce towards the end of cooking time. They turned out delicious! Ps Getting fed up of the constant moaning about how wonderful everything Waitrose was. Get over yourself or go shop with them direct.
Good quality
Good chunky thick steaks. Perfect for use in a stir fry or escalopes
Just not nice
these just aren't great. Used to love the Waitrose turkey steaks. These are a poor replacement. Meat seems to be bad cuts and cut against the grain. If I want turkey, I now go out of my way to go Sainsbury to buy.

Absolutely love these in a big pan of stew and dumplings ,very tasty and good value.

really nice flavoured thick turkey steaks, air fryer friendly and plenty there for 2 maybe even 3 people, bit pricy but when you consider how many portions you can get out of it then it works out quite reasonable, wish they were part of the 3 for £12 deals.
