great value when on offer
This salmon has been on offer fairly often which makes it an excellent buy. It is very tasty, good quality salmon. Usually I skin it and cut it into 6 - 8 fillets. It freezes very well.

Great Product and Superb Value for Money
It's not often that I stuble over a fillet weighing 1kg for as little as a tenner. I made salmon teriyaki with one half - that fed two, but could have easily fed 3 of us. and made gravlax with the remaining half. Results were very tasty this salmon is great whether it's cooked or cured! That's one happy fishie!

fabulous and moist
I buy this whenever it's on offer. One side feeds six of us with a pile of steamed mange tout. Poached skin side down in a wide shallow pan with capers, lemon, onions, white wine vinegar and water to cover, brought to the boil briefly and left off the heat to poach it is absolutely wonderful. We've been eating hot and then cold for breakfast with jar dill sauce. Just scoop the fish out along the line of the 'flake' with a slotted spoon and it will come off the skin perfectly on its own. Next time it's on offer I'm going to try it in gin and tonic. So good! Buy this!
