The best of the fat free yoghurts.
And we've tried them all. Good flavour and texture without being too sour.

Low fat
Flavour is not as great as the full fat Onken yogurt. But this is low fat so better as a day to day product. I prefer Onken plain yogurt to other brands

Best fat free natural yogurt ever!
It has taken a while for me to be able to eat Natural Fat Free Yogurt as I have often found them sour, but this one is different. Lovely smooth yogurt which I now use for breakfast and in the place of ice cream when the family have dessert. Also use for making a low fat version of mashed potato, that even hubby who hates yogurt and can normally detect it in anything, doesn't know. A favourite in the shopping basket!
