Odd consistancy, good ingredients
It is very gloopy, the colour is a little unusual but that is because it doesn't have the colouring. If you prefer ingredients quality over taste/texture- then buy. Doesn't taste as good as the non organic.

Adequate for Store Cupboard
It's useful to keep in the store cupboard. Yes, they've used too much gum to thicken the product, but I always thin it out with a bit of vinegar, so it goes further and is a better consistency. Otherwise the flavour is fine.

Horrible
I agree with others: it's a horrible gloopy mucus-like texture. Would not buy again.
