Storage
Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once opened consume within 2 days. Cool any leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within 2 hours and consume within 2 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw poultry
For best results pan fry
Pan Fry 10-12 mins
Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in frying pan, add chicken, cook on high heat to seal, turn and seal other side, reduce heat until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Oven: Electric 200°C 25-30 mins, Fan 180°C 25-30 mins, Gas gas6 25-30 mins
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging. Place in a roasting dish, brush with oil and place in an oven until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat

Lovely and tasty
Contrary+to+what+most+reviews+here,+this+is+by+far+the+tastiest+chicken+I+have+eaten+in+this+country!+Wonderful+flavour,+just+like+chicken+should+have.+ Yes,+it+can+be+slightly+chewy-+the+first+packet+I+ordered+was+chewy+but+the+subsequent+ones+were+fine.+

tasted really odd
these tasted quite strongly of something almost fishlike. I wish ocado would find some corn fed chicken thighs as these really were dreadful. Usually organic products are of better quality, but for some reason it's not always the case with chicken. They weren't very tough, though they weren't succulent either. It's worth noting that they are as mentioned also very thin, so 6 of these will barely feed 3 not very hungry people.

organic chicken
i really was diappointed with this chicken thigh , they say fillets.......two pieces were more like nugget size and would only have filled up a child, my kids said they were stringy......wont be in a hurry to buy again

Lovely chicken
Totally disagree with those assuming that the meat should somehow be magically soft just because it's organic. This is chicken thighs at it's best, great flavour but does need to be cooked slightly longer.
