Storage
Keep refrigerated. For best before date see front of pack.
Prepare & Use
Wash before use. Delicious eaten cooked or simply raw in salads.
Boil: Wash well, cut off the tops and cut into even sized pieces. Place into a pan of boiling water, cover with lid and bring back to the boil then simmer for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Drain to serve.
Steam: wash well, cut off the tops and cut into even sized pieces. Place into a steamer above a pan of boiling water and cover with a lid. Steam for 4-5 minutes or until tender.

Too soft
my last three bags of carrots have been either too close to the freezer area or are collecting heavy condensation. When I open the bag the carrots are damp, last weeks were somewhat soft despite the fact that they were raw. I have had to throw some away later in the week due to rotting at the top of the carrots.

Organic is best!
Have switched to these organic carrots since raised a young family and wouldn't return to non-organic. These tase great and juicy and sweet - and feature in our every weekly online order. They keep as long as other carrots so I'm happy!!

Too big
Had been enjoying buying these as they were not waterlogged like so many of the other carrots, but recently the bags have been full of jumbo carrots. Sometimes my family and I want to munch on a small carrot. This week I had to make a different choice in the hope of finding smaller carrots.

Short shelf life - avoid
For the past few weeks these carrots have become inedible within 3 or 4 days of purchase - they have black blotches on them and can be bent around your finger. I wouldln't feed them to our hamster and have stopped ordering them.
