Strength 4 - Medium / Strong
This Fairtrade certified coffee is grown on small plots on the Gayo Mountain in Takengon in North Western Sumatra.
The wonderful flavour and aroma of coffee is affected by contact with air. This pack is fitted with a special one way valve to allow the coffee to be packed directly after roasting and grinding to protect the coffee and maintain its freshness.

Once opened, reseal using the recloseable tab on the pack. To prolong freshness store in a cool, dry place, refrigerator or deep freeze and use within 2 weeks.
Prepare & Use
The coffee is ground to suit all coffee makers.
For cafetieres, percolators and filters follow manufacturer's instructions.
We recommend one rounded dessertspoonful of coffee per cup for normal strength coffee. This may be adjusted according to taste.
To enjoy the coffee's full flavour do not stand, but serve soon after preparation

Nice but a bit lacking in oomph
It's a matter of taste of course - I prefer something with more character. This is good quality and pleasant though.
