Sulphites
Taste is nothing special, but should a truly organic product contain an unspecified amount of sulphites ??. It is entirely possible to produce superb cider without this potentially noxious additive.

Buy this cider!
Organic, so good for the conscience and doesn't give you a headache (unless you overindulge!). Not too fizzy, has a fabulous flavour & is now the essential accompaniment to our roast pork or pork chops. Gorgeous!

Tasted of rat, drowned in washing up water
according to the person I was sharing the bottle with. It really was nasty. We had a sip each, then had to leave it. I have to assume that we just had a bad batch. It tasted more like something they'd clean the barrels or whatever out with than anything to do with apples.
