kids loved it

Tried this to have a change from wheat, wheat, wheat and it was great. We all loved it and will definitely buy again. A bit different but not hard work, or too worthy!

Some flavour but appearance off-putting.

My first try at Buckwheat, but rather disappointed. Had the usual GF problem of a good proportion washing out and the resulting product was very grey in colour. The flavour was not too bad - not very distinctive but a bit more to it than the usual maize / rice / potato pastas. Can't buy again as the other half was 'not going to eat something that colour'. I might have done otherwise.

Never again

I like buckwheat, Kasha, so I thought pasta made from it might be a good idea. It isn't. Indeed, it's a very bad idea. It makes a gloopy and nasty pasta that I won't eat again.

great pasta

Nice texture, easy to cook. Tastes delicious for something that is so good for you- good source of protein so good for veggies as well as those avoiding wheat.
