3 Easy Steps
These sheets are instant, provided they are layered with adequate sauce and moisture and baked in a foil covered tray.
Alternatively, to achieve flexibility simply follow the 3 easy steps.
Step 1 Place contents into approx 4 litres (135fl.oz) for every 200g (7oz) of Orgran pasta. Salt may be added to the water.
Step 2 Stir gently and continue to boil for 2-3 minutes or just enough to achieve flexibility.
Step 3 Strain and rinse under cold running water and layer into tray or transfer the sheets into a pot of cold water, while you layer the lasagne in the baking tray.

Excellent

my son has many allergies and on the rare occasions we have lasagna he misses out so he was over the moon when I discovered these and made his own lasagna. He now keeps asking for them. Yes they are small -not sure why- but they are easily laid out in a lasagna dish. Also, as with all rice and corn pasta it is important to cook them al dente and rinse them with cold water straight away then they do not fall apart at all. Most people tend to over cook gluten free pasta.

Tiny, fiddly squares

These lasagne squares are very small, and come packaged loose in little squares. It is fiddly trying to make a "lasagne" with them, as they are not flat unless boiled first and therefore make a lumpy lasagne. I would have had to use 2 boxes to make my usual lasagne.
