Thoroughly unpleasant hot, sweet, gritty mix.

I poured the sauce on as it said. Why we have to have these fiddly little pots I don't know. The sauce should be already on, and then maybe someone might say, 'but this tastes simply gritty and nasty, with too much chilli, too much sugar, or more likely sweetner, and too much of something I guess was coriander, a rank herb at the best of times'. None of the ingredients could be tasted other than the sauce. All I can say is that the colours of the beans and peppers and whatnot were pretty, and I guess many people eat with their eyes and not their taste buds. Not me. Also, this should have a plastic lid, as should all the pot salads.

Great taste, shame about the aftertaste.

I've been buying this salad along with both the wheatberry one and the edemame one for a while and have always enjoyed them all. The flavour of this salad is great but recently, I've bought two packs in the last three weeks I've been left with a really lardy aftertaste in my mouth. I can literally feel a layer on the roof of my mouth. Just wondering if the quality of the oil or rice has changed?
