I found this way too thin to cook without burning. I didn't love it.

Excellent pancetta

Having lived in Italy I can confirm that this is excellent pancetta. The flavour is just perfect. If people aren't sure what to do with it, a good way is to lay the pancetta overlapped and wrap it round a chicken breast. Bake for about 20mins in a hot oven 200C

Delicious

Obviously most people here haven't ever had this before - this is not ham. Pancetta. And it is absolutely fabulous.

fatcetta!

So disappointed ! I need this for dinner tomorrow, and there was 50g of fat, and 20 g of meat out of the 70g packet. Horrid ... And it smelt awful. Sorry ocado to be so negative.

Fatty

Very disappointed. I bought this for a recipe and found it to be 90% fat. Unuseable for the dish. Won't buy again.
