Prepare & Use
Create a marinade. Patak's Curry Pastes make excellent marinades, used on their own or blended 50:50 with plain yoghurt.
Marinate meat then bake, BBQ or grill.

Good 'general curry' paste
I like this range of pastes a lot. The Balti one is useful for generic curries - last night I used it as the basis for some dhal, and added a few extra spices to tweak the flavour. Very useful.
