Simply fry onion, ginger and garlic. Sizzle the spice paste to release flavours and brown your meat or vegetables. Ripple through coconut milk and double cream and simmer until all cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander to serve.

- 1 Onion
- 2cm Piece of ginger
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 400ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp Double cream
- Fresh coriander
Classic Chicken Korma Curry for 4
1 Fry diced onion in 2 tbsp of oil until soft. Add the finely chopped ginger with 1/2 a jar of spice paste and sizzle to release flavours. Cook for 2 mins, add 50ml water and cook until evaporated.
2 Add diced chicken and sear, then ripple through the coconut milk, double cream and 1 tsp sugar. Simmer uncovered for 15 mins until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander.
Try with 200g of paneer and add 2 1/2 cups of green peas to the simmering sauce.

tasteless!
I dont like spicy sauces so often go for Korma, but this had hardly any curry flavour. However, it was nice and creamy and had a nice coconut flavour in there.
Tastes Good but way too Salty
This contains 4.8% salt per 100gr. Officially 1.5% is high salt. I already have a blood pressure problem so I won't buy it again.
Great Product to Make Curry in a Hurry!
Chicken Korma is my favourite curry and this paste is great when I don't have the time to make a sauce from scratch. It is very creamy, smooth and has the authentic taste that I expect from a Korma sauce. The coconut flavour is just right and it does not taste different from a sauce that I have made from scratch.

Quick easy tasty curry.
Simple to make an authentic tasting curry, simply brown some chopped onion, garlic & ginger, then add the paste, pop in some chicken breast & once sealed top up with a bit of water, cover & leave until the chicken is cooked through, we serve with boiled rice or chips & you have a great chicken korma.

I absolutely love Korma and always have this in my cupboard. Tastes really, really nice when you follow the recipe at the back.
