Patak's Curry Pastes make excellent marinades, used on their own or blended 50-50 with plain yoghurt. Marinate meat then bake, BBQ or grill.

Makes a great curry
Lovely flavour when used with stock and creme fraiche, fine green beans, cumin seeds and mushrooms on the hob, best with chicken or even sausages! Hard to get this particular paste at other supermarkets so delighted that Ocado have it.
