Perfect
I usually add an onion, chicken, ground almonds and tinned coconut milk. Tastes really good and the whole family polish it off!

Excellent product
This product is fantastic. I've been using it for years and it makes great mild curries. If you can find time to cook the curry the day before and leave in the fridge overnight then it tastes twice as good.

very sour
This curry paste is extremely sour. I'm not sure if mine was a bad batch where they slipped with the acetic acid, but the curry was almost inedible it was so sour, and I hadn't added anything else sour.

kids love it - a quick supper
Add chopped chicken or turkey after half an onion. I use coconut milk and some ground almonds, Always goes and takes 25 mins to the table.

Very useful
I love this range of curry pastes - sometimes I make curry from scratch but this is far quicker and tastes good. Like the other reviewers, I add onion, meat, ground almonds and coconut milk / yoghurt and it's great. I don't think it's at all sour, so I suspect the reviewer that said it was had a dodgy batch.
