too hard, too much garlic, too bitter
these olives appear under-ripe to me. Too hard and stuck solid to the stones. Also bitter.

Yum, yum, yum
I love olives!. However since they have become so popular i find many olives of poor quality (taste, bitterness and texture). These however are not!. A lovely balance of sweet and bitterness that leaves no unpleasant aftertaste. The dressing just shouts "add cheese to me". An absolute favourite.

Vile.
Waitrose olives have gone downhill recently. These were hard, slighlyt bitter and so salty as to be inedible. The Greek Kalkidikis ones used to be great, but have been getting bad reviews lately so decided to try this variety instead, wish we hadn't.
