Cook it our way
1. Prepare your pizza. Remove all packaging including base disc. Even out the toppings.
2. Hot and fast. Put your pizza on the top shelf of the oven, once the oven has reached 200°C. Ideally use a preheated pizza stone or a pizza pan with holes in the base. It is fine to put it directly on the oven rack, but never on a solid baking tray.
3. Is it ready? Cook for 11-13 minutes. The cheese will have gone golden brown and the base nice and crispy all the way to the centre.
Eat it your way
In our restaurants we always serve these pizzas with salad. You could do the same, or simply garnish them as follows.
Deliciously fresh
After cooking, scatter over some rocket or baby leaves.

Grate over a little Parmesan just before serving.

OK
This pizza is OK but nothing special. It's healthy which is a bonus and the only reason I continue to buy it but there aren't many vegetables and the pizza's quite dry.

Superb 'diet' pizza, a hit with the whole family
Yes, it skimps a bit on cheese -- we just sprinkle a bit more mozzarella for those that needs it cheesier. Otherwise, this is a very popular pizza in our house, especially convenient for party food as it is often on sale. Good portion size for one and easy to cook.

not bad
I thought this pizza tasted really good - it has a nice tomato sauce and sweet peppers. However, it does go very soggy and limp in the middle, so if you're a 'hands on' pizza eater, this one is not for you!

Great pizza
I'm not fond of cheese, to be honest I remove it and add tuna and black olives. It's just the right size and I love the use of the cherry tomatoes. I am a big fan.

Rubbish - fell apart
This was very disappointing. I'm a fan of the margherita pizza express pizzas but I've tried 3 of these vitabella ones - all the middles were soggy and the pizzas fell apart when taking them off the tray. Avoid.
