Why are Wholegrains Good?
Wholegrains naturally contain more fibre than processed grains, and release energy more slowly into the body, giving your baby the best possible start to their day.

A wholegrain grown in Central and South America. Quinoa was named "the mother of all grains" by the Incas.
Organic Wholegrain Rice

Wholegrain oats are a great source of fibre.
Reseal carefully, store in a cool dark place and use within 28 days of opening. For maximum freshness store in an airtight container.
Prepare & Use
Mix 35g of cereal (approx 6 level tablespoons) with 100ml of full cream milk or your toddler's usual milk.
Using the feeding amounts above as a guide, measure müesli and warmed milk (not hot) into a clean bowl. Mix thoroughly and leave to cool to a temperature suitable for your baby. Always test before serving.
You can vary the amount and consistency to suit your baby's individual needs. Every baby is unique and your baby's appetite will tell you how much to give.
Other serving suggestions...
Please don't add sugar, it's perfect just as it is. For older children, try mixing it with a favourite fromage frais or yogurt to offer a truly filling, sustaining start for their busy morning at toddler group or taking their imaginary rocket all the way to the moon....and back!
