Prepare & Use
Oven Cook
Electric (200ºC): 25-30 mins
Fan (180ºC): 25-30 mins
Gas (gas mark 6): 25-30 mins
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes and add the drizzle for the last 10 minutes. Heat until piping hot.
Barbecue
Take extra care when barbecuing.
Cook as normal and barbecue to finish. Heat until piping hot

Best ribs!!!
These were amazing! Meat fell off bone and they were so delicious...we cooked them for 40 minutes and they were perfect!

Delicious
Wow! These were so meaty and the meat fell off the bone. Served with Waitrose chunky chips and Waitrose coleslaw - it was like eating at the rib shack. I would say this would serve 2 adults or 3 young kids. The kids made me promise to buy more next time.
