A coconut soup with cooked rice noodles, cooked king prawns and spinach.
This soup takes its influence from Malaysia. A spiced blend of coconut, lemon grass, coriander and lime juice is complemented by succulent king prawns, fresh spinach and rice noodles.

Remove sleeve, peel back film lid, stir and recover. Halfway through heating time stir again. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Check food is piping hot. If not heat for a further brief period.
Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled

Inedible
This soup tastes really 'fake', like lemon washing up liquid. I was unable to eat it. Waitrose have lots of delicious products but this is not one of them.

Really enjoyed this
Very tasty soup and refreshing. Nice blend of flavours. Feels healthy to eat. The prawns did shrink a lot but it's still lovely

Quick and yum
I have been eating this regularly and really enjoy it. Healthy but tasty and ready really quickly. Wish more flavours were available!
