Prepare & Use
Oven cook - From Chilled
To bake as sausagemeat block.
Conventional Oven 200°C 35-40 mins.
Fan Oven 180°C 35-40 mins.
Gas Oven 6 35-40 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days.
To bake as stuffing balls.
Conventional Oven 200°C 25 mins.
Fan Oven 180°C 25 mins.
Gas Oven 6 25 mins.
Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Cut stuffing into 12 equal pieces. Roll into balls with lightly floured hands. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days.

Tasty but very sinewy
Like some of your other reviewers I bought this to make sausage rolls and found them almost impossible to cut apart, even with a very sharp knife, as the meat was so sinewy. Liked the flavour though as it was more like pork pie filling than sausage.

Not free range!
Outdoor bred does not mean free range - I found this misleading and wouldn't have bought it otherwise.

Flavoursome
Very tasty sausagemeat. I used it to make sausage rolls and to stuff vegetable and it was perfect.

Best sausagemeat around
Like other reviewers, I find this a very versatile product with a great taste and good texture. Apart from stuffing the turkey at Christmas, so far I have also used it for sausage rolls, burgers, a sausage, tomato and onion flan, and two types of pork pie. Highly rrecommended.

Apple sausage rolls
I haven't used this for stuffing but have used it for sausage rolls: mix with chopped apple and some black pepper. Yummy. And for plait: large sheet puff pastry, stuffing down the middle but flattened out. Boiled eggs and ham or cooked chicken down middle of stuffing. Fold in sides. Bake. Yummy. Yes there are sinews so I use my hands rather than a knife which seems to be ok.
