Instructions

Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove all packaging.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C 35-40 mins.
To bake as sausagemeat block:
Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days.
Gas 6, 200°C, Fan 180°C 25 mins.
To bake as stuffing balls:
Preheat oven. Cut stuffing into 12 equal pieces. Roll into balls with lightly floured hands. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Cool leftovers to room temperature, refrigerate within two hours, consume within two days.

Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.

one of the best .

We love sausage meat & this makes the most delicious sausage rolls & sausage meat stuffing. One of the best we've tried , very moist & flavourful .

Not nice taste and full of water

Bought to make sausage patties for homemade sausage egg mcmuffins. Couldn't believe how much patties reduced in size whilst being cooked. Started out the size of a standard muffin (approx 10cm) and they ended up half the size by the time they were cooked!! Loads of water came out. Also they did not taste particularly nice. Much prefer the sausage meet by one of the main high street competitors. Will not buy again.

Best i've tasted by far!

We Tried this last night and it was delicious! Minimal fat came out whilst cooking and just the right amount of seasoning. Will be buying regularly from now on!
