An American style cut known as 'Boston Butt'.
The pork used in this product is made from outdoor bred pigs, born predominately in East Anglia. The pigs are born outdoors and remain outdoors until weaning, where they are transferred indoors to bright, airy straw bedded sheds, with natural lighting and fed a natural, cereal-based diet.
The pork used in this product comes from farms approved by Freedom Food to strict RSPCA welfare standards.
Pack as sold contains 80% pork.

Prepare & Use
Slow cook to create tender pulled pork, and serve this pre-seasoned joint with the complementary BBQ drizzle.
Preparation:
Wash hands all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat.
Serving suggestion
For best result use a fork to pull into shreds and drizzle with heated BBQ sauce. Delicious served in warm crusty rolls.
Oven cook - From Chilled
Pre-heat Oven Electric 180°C, Fan 160°C, Gas 4.
Remove all packaging retaining sachet of drizzle. Place pork into a baking tray and cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven. Cook for 60 minutes per 500 grams + 60 minutes. Cook thoroughly until there is no pink meat and juices run clear. Pull pork apart with a fork. Empty sachet of drizzle into a saucepan and heat then pour the drizzle over the pork.

really tasty & moist
Really enjoyed this, meat was very tender and moist, it does have a strong flavour to it, if you enjoy foods with a full flavour I would recommend it.

Delicious and easy to cook
Delicious and easy to cook and bursting with strong flavours. if you like your food bland and traditional, this is not for your. PS what is this with adding +s between every single word in previous reviews? How odd.

Pork+shoulder?more+like+pork+armpit!
When+we+served+the+meat+it+smelt+heavily+of+body+odour.+Although+the+pork+was+of+good+quality,+the+seasoning+left+a+lot+to+be+desired.The+seasoning+over+powered+the+flavour+of+the+pork+and+gave+off+an+awful+smell.+The+complimentary+BBQ+drizzle+only+added+to+the+ungodly+stench+that+now+fills+our+house.+Needless+to+say+we+wont+be+repurchasing.
