Wonderful

Once you try this, you just can't go back to using normal butter. Truly delicious. Plus it's supporting a good dairy in Wales.

Irresistable

Im wheat intolerant so when I make bread for the family I dont generally eat it, but if I have to cut it and butter it with this for them Im lost! Its just too delicious and I have to have some. Noticeably better than other butters including the other organic ones. A true gastronomic pleasure.

Amazing!

This butter was so different I couldn't believe I'd not found it before! It must be a world beater and is the very best butter I have ever had, or tasted, and spreads like a dream, bakes amazingly too. I will buy this whenever I can so Ocado please keep stocking it! Also the package is superior as the colour doesn't come off on your hands like another leading one's does. Try it and be delighted!?

Osso Bucco

This classic, rich veal stew from Milan is flavoured with garlic and salty anchovies. Ask the butcher to cut the hind shanks into large chunks. Large flameproof casserole.
