Good Oil

This oil is just fine, no smell, good for cooking, doesn't burn. Easy to open, which is a big plus. The only reason it got just 4 stars, was it is too big, I usually buy the smaller size. This is too big and will go off before I finish using it. Can we have more choice in the smaller size please.

Passover Brisket with Herbed Spinach Stuffing

Passover Brisket with Herbed Spinach Stuffing

Seder night brings back the memories of traditional family recipes and for my family, brisket is certainly high on the list. However, I thought that I would adapt the classic brisket dish and make it just a bit more special. The stuffing provides lovely colour - and vitamins - and as it is cooked in chicken stock and red wine, there is no chance of it drying out when more questions are asked at the Seder ceremony.

Passover Roasted Red Pepper and Carrot Soup

Passover Roasted Red Pepper and Carrot Soup

Soup is one of the best starters for a Seder meal because it is so easy and quick to serve especially if you have a large crowd to cater for. This recipe is a delicious vibrant, tasty soup that can be made in advance and uses readily available low fat Pesach ingredients. Cooked with garic and basil, it is full of the flavour of the Mediterranean and provides a delightful change from regular carrot soup.
