Low fat too!

My other half has to avoid fat very strictly, and this rules out pretty much all cakes, biscuits, etc. But not this delicious fruited loaf! Having said which, if you aren't trying to avoid fat, it is absolutely gorgeous toasted with some butter ...

Fantastic

I can't eat bread with yeast in, so I have been having this for years now and it is absolutely lovely toasted with some butter! YUM!
