Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given only as a guide. Ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before consumption. There is no need to pierce the sausages before or during cooking.; Grill - From Chilled. Remove all packaging. Cooking the perfect sausage
Personally I believe the best way to cook sausages is to fry them. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in your frying pan and brown the sausages on all sides turning them carefully. When brown reduce the heat until cooked - approx 15 mins. Drain thoroughly on kitchen paper and serve.

delicious but fatty

We like these as a family, especially when they're on a special offer - good to stick in the freezer. They're tasty, I like the skin, I don't notice any yucky gristle and they're not too peppery. Great for a breakfast sandwich but they really excel in a toad in the hole or with mash and gravy. This is mainly due to the enormous fat content in them - they're not great for the waistline. It seems extra fat is added to create the feeling of them being juicy but, as some other reviews have pointed out, it does leave them feeling a little greasy on your fingers and in your mouth if you're just having them in a sandwich. Still, it hasn't put me off them, I think they're delicious, but since I'm watching my weight I'll have to opt for a leaner sausage!

I'm not a fan of sausages, I have to be in the mood. Before I became gluten free I used to enjoy Richmond skinless and thick sausages but can't have them now. I really enjoyed these, they're very tasty and I didn't find the skin any thicker than any other sausage.

The Best

I prefer these and the Rankin sausage without herbs to any other pork sausages. They have wholesome and natural ingredients, generous pork content, are gluten free, taste and cook great.
