Keep refrigerated below 5C. For use by date see front of pack. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within 1 month. Defrost fully before use: do not refreeze once defrosted.
Prepare & Use
Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw shellfish. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan. Fry over a high heat for 3-4 minutes. Drain well before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving.

These prawns are wonderful... tasty, firm and well peeled.

Excellent!
I can not understand some of the negative reviews on these. I have had them two weeks running to be used in a stir fry. I run a knife down the back of them so that they 'butterfly' out when they are cooked. They were succulent and tasty and I will be buying them again.

Very Tasty
As usual with seafood the most important thing is not to overcook, maybe thats why others say the are full of water and shrinK. They were delicious and tender.

Short shelf life
The 2 days guaranteed was false, we only had 1 day. So I froze them as soon as they arrived. Apart from that, nice meaty prawns.
