Hardly any butternut squash
My pack contained 5 small cubes of butternut squash and all the rest was sweet potato. Not what I wanted or paid for.

Perfect for roasting, mash and even in cakes..
I just love these - they make my life so much easier - to peel and dice butternut squash is not for every day.

Fast, taste great and last ages
I fry these in a little olive oil and add herbs & cumin seeds, & serve with a little sour cream.
