Place in a pan of boiling water.

Love edamame, dislike these
Edamame are supposed to be bright green, fleshy and delicious and these are not. They arrived yellowed and dried out. I would not recommend these at all, I would however recommend the frozen Waitrose own brand ones because they are perfect. Skip these and go frozen, better value for money too.

Easy cook, healthy treat
Just add a handful of this when cooking rice. It becomes delicious and healthy meal every time.
