To Microwave
Do not open, lean the pack on its side using the below guidelines to heat.
900 Watts - 40 secs
750 Watts - 60 secs
500 Watts - 120 secs
Leave to stand for 30 seconds, then shake well before opening away from yourself to avoid steam.
Hob
Boil in the Pouch: Bring half a pan of water to the boil and place the pouch unopened in boiling water. Leave for 6 minutes, then cut open and serve

Gorgeous, Nutty & Rich
Lovely, lovely chestnutty flavour,, rich & filling. Manges to feel like it's doing you good, without being self-righteous!! Cannot rate it highly enough - wish I'd tried it yonks ago. Will now become a family favourite.

Ugh, never again
I was so surprised to read the positive reviews from readers below - I thought this was revolting. I normally like Merchant Gourmet products, but this had an unpleasant smell, a bit like petrol. I microwaved it to warm it through, but it was sticky and had an unusual flavour, so I threw the rest away.
