Prepare & Use

For best results microwave.

B/650W: 5½ mins
D/750W: 5 mins
E/850W: 4½ mins
Microwave ovens vary: refer to handbook.
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place tray on a microwaveable plate. Halfway through heating time peel back film, stir, re-cover and continue heating for the remaining time. Allow to stand for 2 minutes after heating. Check food is piping hot. If not re-cover and heat for further brief period.

Oven Cook
Electric (180ºC): 20 mins
Fan (160ºC): 20 mins
Gas (gas mark 4): 20 mins
Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Remove from oven on tray and allow to stand for 2 minutes.

Stir before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.

Nice Sauce. Bad Quality Chicken...

The sauce was nice, as were the vegetables. The chicken breast was very poorly cut and the meat was poor quality - lots of dark spots.

For a ready meal, it'a not bad

I agree with past reviews, there isn't a huge amount of chicken. However, it's a curry, so you don't expect much meat... Also you don't really expect 1/2 to feed 2 people. Generally 2 mains will be about perfect for 3. That's why the 'feast' bags have lots in. The sauce was really lovely, and alongside another curry, rice and some steamed veg dishes, it made for a nice, extremely easy supper. It's not mind blowing, but it's not bad.

Not Nice.

My family and I have always enjoyed this Thai Curry From Ocado. If this product is a new recipe someone has made a mistake. The Curry was too sweet. It was hunt the chicken. There was no authentic flavour and the aftertaste was horrible. Sorry I will not be buying again.

Horrid

If you think this is authentic, yove never had real thai food. Flavourless, I cant even describe its taste. If you want quick thai food - youre far better off buying a paste and adding ingredients..trust me.
