Very disappointing

I was expecting these to be the type of paper decoration that simply fold out from flat into a ball, but they actually comprise three pieces of concertinaed tissue paper tied with ribbon in the middle, that you have to spend a good amount of time fluffing out into a ball shape if youre lucky. The end results were pretty unimpressive and a complete waste of money.
