Prepare & Use
Melt several knobs of butter in a large pan, lay your crepe out flat without folding. Garnish only one half of the crepe with your choice of either ham, grated cheese, an egg, mushrooms, diced bacon, tomatoes etc. Cover over your ingredients with the other half of the crepe and leave to cook over a gentle heat turning only once. It’s ready! Be inventive – the recipes are endless

THE Britton galette
You find those in supermarkets in France and they are really delicious warmed up with a bit of butter and savoury filling such as egg,ham,cheese and a slice of tomato. Such a shame they are always out of stock at Ocado nowadays

best convenient food
The french product I used to miss the most. Always disappointed when out of stock. A really quick way to eat them is to put a waitrose english goat cheese slice on it , fold in 4 and rewarm in the microwave for 1 min and it's ready. Otherwise if you have more time rewarm in a pan with butter and add whatever you fancy.

Easy week night supper
These remind me of holidays in Brittany and are great for a quick evening meal with ham, cheese and egg or a touch of spinach.

Straight from Brittany
I spend a lot of time in Brittany and am really excited finally to be able to eat these in the UK. Delicious and exactly like the real thing. Gently heat with butter, crack an egg over it and melt some gruyere cheese and add mushrooms or bacon. Delicious!
