4 stay-fresh packs with 4 biscuits in each.
This butter biscuit dates back to the traditions and expertises in Normandy at the beginning of the 19th Century. Renowned for its increasing popularity Emile Littré included the word "sablé" (biscuit) into his dictionary and defined it as "the name given to a type of cake in Normandy".
Numerous bakers and pastry chefs in Normandy produce countless varieties throughout the year and each region produces their own biscuit. The biscuits made in Lonlay L'Abbaye combine butter with Isigny AOP crème fraiche.
The people of Normandy are extremely proud of their apples and prepare many recipes using them and one of which are the Apple Butter Biscuits chosen for Reflets de France.

Lovely
I really liked these. Really light and buttery, 4 in each little pack, which is perfect with a cuppa. Yummy
excellent biscuits
excellent biscuits with a homemade vibe.
more\-ish!
a very tasty biscuit!
Crisp, elegant, sweet, handy
Every plastic package contains 4 biscuits. They are all very thin, weighting ~9.6g each (~48kcal each?). They are fresh and crisp. Perfect mouth-feel, the apple is totally there and you can see it, plus it's delicate and elegant, although -of course- very very sweet. The butter as well gives so much power and make your palate full of those Isigny butter aromatic notes.
Not one of my favourites
I wouldn't buy again. They are edible but not enjoyable.
Lovely biscuits
Had these a few times and they are always received well, nice and buttery with little nuggets of apple.Like the fact that they are in packs of four which keeps them fresh.
