Bursting with the Rousillon sunshine these apricots are picked at the point when they are yellow-orange in colour and when their sweet flesh is plump and bursting through their skin. Cooked in a pan with just enough cane sugar this fruit exudes so much flavour and takes us back to our childhood.

The real thing
Went to Morocco, ate some delicious jam made with apricots straight out of the lady's garden. It tasted pretty much like this product.

Very Tastey
This jam is full of apricots and tastes really good, even my husband thinks it's better than his usual. Will buy again.
