Honey from the Terres Blanches region in Champagne.

In the 17th century yellow honey from the Champagne region enjoyed an excellent reputation among food experts and bakers who made the “gingerbread”. The vast chalk-white plains of the Champagne region provided a rich and varied flora mainly luzerne. The bees produce honey which is naturally smooth and creamy with a subtle floral aroma.

Particularly great for children

Our three children are very fond of this honey. It has great flavor and its solid but creamy texture makes it ideal to spread on toasts. The children can use it themselves without making a mess.

2nd to none

I love my honey....eat it everyday and have tried many. This honey is by far the best I've had. A very sweet honey which I love when i have a sweet tooth and use less of i.e., when spreading on toast when I don't. Very flavoursome and the texture is great.....like little honey crystals that melt in the mouth. Must try this.
