Burnt varnish
Tastes bitter, waxy, with an after taste of varnish, the appearance is similar to varnish too - much runnier than in the picture. Think envelopes. Packaged well.

Sublime
When you open the jar it's a beautiful burnt-toffee colour, and that's rather what it tastes like, in a good way. If you like cheap manufactured 'honey from unspecified EU countries' honey, this isn't for you. It's quite strong. I had a teaspoon of it in some plain yogurt to make a delicious quick dessert. It might look expensive but it lasts for ages.

Lovely Honey
Loved that honey. Beautiful flavour and consistency. Have tasted lots of dull tasteless honeys, this one is delicious!
