3 individually wrapped Fine Galette All Butter Biscuits from Brittany

This recipe was created back in 1920 in Pont-Aven by a baker. The dough for these biscuits is traditionally worked in a kneading trough. The biscuits are then stamped and cut into rounds before being baked slowly and controlled in the oven on plates. The biscuits are selected and packaged by hand.

Delicate and delicious

I've only bought these once, but adding them to my next shopping list, that's for sure! They come in individually packed bags of 4 keeps the others fresh. They are very tasty and very delicate but without crumbling in the box. Very nice!
